Claims Adjusters Can't Get Overtime: Calif. Court

Law360, New York (February 3, 2011, 7:32 PM EST) -- A California appeals court has upheld a lower court’s ruling against a class of more than 1,000 claims adjusters who accused Cambridge Integrated Services Corp. and Aon Corp. of misclassifying them as exempt from overtime pay.
