Twilight Film Distributor Seeks $10M From Blockbuster

Law360 (February 4, 2011, 1:03 PM EST) -- An independent film distributor that provided Blockbuster Inc. with the latest in the series of Twilight films has demanded the bankrupt movie rental chain pay it nearly $10 million in connection with their distribution agreements.

Summit Distribution LLC asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday for an order compelling immediate payment of its administrative expense claim, or alternative relief.
