2nd Circ. Won't Rehear Shell Human Rights Case

Law360 (February 4, 2011, 3:52 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Friday opted not to revisit its decision that corporations cannot be held liable under the Alien Tort Statute, declining to rehear a case accusing Royal Dutch Shell PLC of aiding human rights abuses in Nigeria.
