Workers Hit Gerdau Ameristeel With FLSA Action

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 6:40 PM EST) -- A Gerdau Ameristeel Corp. employee has launched a proposed class action against the steel manufacturer for allegedly underpaying employees for overtime work and failing to compensate them for time spent putting on safety gear.
