Stan Lee Media Kept Out Of Comics Profits Fight

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 4:16 PM EST) -- A judge has denied Stan Lee Media Inc.'s bid for part of an intellectual property deal between comic book icon Stan Lee and Marvel Enterprises Inc., ruling that Lee's contract with Marvel gave him, not the media company, standing to sue.
