Judge Nixes Toys R Us Managers' OT Suit Settlement

Law360 (February 7, 2011, 8:19 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday rejected a proposed settlement to end a putative class action alleging Toys R Us Inc. denied store managers overtime compensation and pay for missed breaks, saying he was concerned where unclaimed funds might land.
