21 Governors Back Health Insurance Exchange Changes

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 8:26 PM EST) -- Twenty-one Republican governors on Monday requested changes to the rules regarding state-run health insurance exchanges and warned that they would leave the task of setting up exchanges to the federal government if the alterations are not made.
