NY Judge Recuses Self From Extended Stay Loan Cases

Law360, New York (February 8, 2011, 4:03 PM EST) -- A New York judge recused himself Tuesday from suits brought by lenders against bankrupt Extended Stay Hotels Inc. over $7.4 billion in prebankruptcy loan agreements because his son works for Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, one of the firms involved.
