Jackson Estate Wins Deposition Bid In Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (February 9, 2011, 2:36 PM EST) -- Administrators of Michael Jackson's estate have won a bid to depose a reported business partner of the late superstar's mother in an intellectual property battle against a purported charity organization.

Magistrate Judge Paul L.
