NYT, Dow, Others Cut From LendingTree Antitrust Suit

Law360 (February 9, 2011, 6:01 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dropped a slew of major media companies, including Dow Jones & Co. Inc. and the New York Times Co., from a suit accusing LendingTree LLC and others of running an online bank-rate market cartel.
