Assistant Sticks Metallica Drummer With OT Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 5:26 PM EST) -- Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich has been rocked with a breach of contract suit lodged by a former personal assistant who claims the musician failed to pay him overtime wages during the nine years he attended to Ulrich at home and on tour.
