Dooney Founder Claims Ignorance In Illegal Oil Deal

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 3:51 PM EST) -- A co-founder of handbag company Dooney & Bourke argued before the Second Circuit on Thursday that he was wrongfully convicted of conspiring to bribe Azerbaijan officials in a deal to acquire a state-owned oil company, alleging ignorance of the scheme.
