Pokemon Strikes Deal With Beckett In Copyright Suit

Law360 (February 10, 2011, 5:44 PM EST) -- The Pokemon Co. International Inc., the licensing arm of the cartoon franchise, has reached a settlement in its lawsuit accusing Beckett Media LLC of committing copyright infringement through its Pokemon card price guides.

Beckett filed a notice of settlement Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas saying the companies had resolved their differences but had not formally written up an agreement to settle all claims in the suit.
