GAO Denies CGI's Protest Over $230M CMS Contract

Law360 (February 11, 2011, 6:05 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied CGI Federal Inc.'s protest against the award of a $230 million contract to Computer Sciences Corp. to develop an information technology system for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The decision, issued in November but made public Friday, said that it saw no reason to conclude that the agency's evaluation of the proposals was inconsistent or improper.
