Northrop Claims Trax Breached Nonsolicitation Deal

Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 7:48 PM EST) -- A Northrop Grumman Corp. unit Monday sued Trax International Corp., the primary contractor for test support services at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, for allegedly violating a subcontracting agreement by trying to poach Northrop's employees.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, Northrop Grumman Technical Services Inc. claims Trax breached a subcontract that specifically barred the company from soliciting Northrop's workers.
