Calif. Utilities Sue Over Energy Crisis Refunds

Law360 (April 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Several California utilities filed suit on Wednesday against 18 cities and municipalities in an effort to recover $475 million they were overcharged for electric power during the California energy crisis.

Pacific Gas & Electric Co., Southern California Edison Co., San Diego Gas & Electric Co. and the California Electricity Oversight Board filed suit in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
