Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 5:25 PM EST) -- Developers of click-to-call Internet phone calling software have accused Google Inc. of breaching a confidentiality agreement so that it could use the developers' trade secrets in a joint venture with eBay Inc. and Skype Ltd.

VoIP Inc., VoiceOne Communications LLC and their parent company, WABEC LLC, said Google Inc.'s violation of a confidentiality agreement with them was nothing more than a pretext to use their technology in Google's joint venture, according to a complaint filed Monday in the Supreme Court of the State of New York,...
