Analyst Seeks To Amend Seyfarth OT Settlement

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 3:12 PM EST) -- The lead plaintiff in a successful overtime class action against Seyfarth Shaw LLP has asked a federal judge to sort out several new disputes that have emerged regarding the firm's settlement payouts.

Since signing the settlement agreement in January, affirmative action analyst Lynne Harris has learned that at least two of the seven opt-in plaintiffs in the case were prohibited from entering their full hours on the time sheets Seyfarth is now using to calculate back overtime, according to a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S....
