Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 3:53 PM EST) -- Sens. Scott Brown, R-Mass., and Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., have proposed legislation that would give U.S. contracting officers greater authority to void contracts with companies that funnel money to U.S. enemies, such as the Taliban in Afghanistan.
