Ousted JPMorgan Exec Renews Whistleblower Suit

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 5:50 PM EST) -- A former JPMorgan Chase & Co. executive has resurrected a suit claiming the bank fired her for blowing the whistle on a private wealth client’s suspected fraud, rattling off a new laundry list of his alleged activities.
