Calif. Cos. Tackle Emissions Despite Setbacks To GHG Law

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 6:51 PM EDT) -- Although a recent California state court decision has halted the cap-and-trade program under A.B. 32, companies are taking steps to prepare for the full implementation of the law, which aims to aggressively reduce greenhouse gas emissions and is slated to take effect next year.
