Cos. Brace For Calif. Green Chemistry Program

Law360, San Diego (June 9, 2011, 7:00 PM EDT) -- Although rules governing California's Green Chemistry Initiative are still being debated, companies are concerned that the final regulations will open them up to costly litigation and risky disclosures, attorneys say.
