Oracle Data Sealed In Software Contract Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 4:30 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge on Friday sided with Oracle Corp. in a suit brought by a former employee accusing the software giant of defrauding the federal government, barring the U.S. from sharing confidential materials with state investigators.
