Delphi Objects To Wachovia's Suit Against Employee

Law360 (April 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delphi Corp. filed an objection in bankruptcy court Friday in an effort to stop Wachovia Bank NA from pursuing a breach of contract and tortious interference suit against a Delphi employee.

Wachovia named Delphi employee Larry Graves as a defendant in litigation in Mississippi State Court in 2003, before Delphi filed for bankruptcy.
