Inventor Can't Assert 2,000 Patent Claims: Fed. Circ.

Law360 (February 18, 2011, 6:04 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday upheld an order limiting the number of claims inventor Ronald A. Katz can assert in multidistrict patent infringement litigation against American Airlines Inc., FedEx Corp., U.S. Bancorp and others over interactive call processing systems.
