Cement Co., Texas Cities Settle Green Policy Fight

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 6:56 PM EST) -- Two Texas cities have agreed to amend their so-called green cement policies in exchange for Ash Grove Texas LP's reducing its release of pollutants, as part of a proposed settlement in a suit alleging the policies violate competitive bidding statutes.
