Hanes Maker Faces Overtime Suit From Managers

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 1:39 PM EST) -- A former Hanesbrands Inc. employee has launched a class action alleging the global T-shirt and underwear company misclassifies its managers under the Fair Labor Standards Act and refuses to pay overtime wages.

The complaint, lodged Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, claims that Hanesbrands’ pay policy violates the law and denies managers the overtime wages they are due.
