Supreme Court Rebuffs Macy's Ledbetter Case

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 7:40 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will not review a suit brought against Macy's Retail Holdings Inc. under the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act by an employee who said she was denied equal opportunity to substitute for absent employees because of her race.
