APS Healthcare To Pay $13M To Resolve Ga. FCA Suit

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 4:56 PM EST) -- APS Healthcare Inc. announced Wednesday that one of its subsidiaries agreed to pay $13 million to the U.S. government and Georgia to settle allegations from a former employee that it submitted false claims to the Georgia Medicaid Management Program.
