Class Cert. Denied In Guardsmark Wage Case

Law360 (February 23, 2011, 7:05 PM EST) -- A federal judge in California on Tuesday denied a motion for class certification in a case accusing security company Guardsmark LLC of failing to provide rest periods and accurate wage statements to employees.

Judge Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California denied the motion for class certification on both of the two claims at issue in the case.
