SEC's Top Lawyer Faces Madoff Clawback Suit

Madoff’s investment company is going after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s top lawyer in a clawback suit alleging his mother’s estate earned more than $1.5 million from the jailed fraudster's massive Ponzi scheme.
