Insurer Should Cover Workers' Comp Trust Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 7:40 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge ruled Wednesday that Westport Insurance Corp. should cover Hamilton Wharton Group Inc.'s defense costs in lawsuits alleging the company violated a contract by mismanaging a workers' compensation trust for hospitals and other health care institutions.
