Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 8:07 PM EST) -- A judge on Wednesday ordered the CEO and other executives of Bank of New York Mellon Corp.'s predecessor back to New York to give depositions in a lawsuit over a former vice president's $3.8 million pension.
