BH Tries To Trim $485M Iraq Security Contract Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 7:32 PM EST) -- BH Defense LLC on Thursday asked a federal judge to strip three claims from The Sandi Group Inc.'s suit alleging a plot to exclude it from a $485 million federal security services contract despite a joint venture agreement and the use of its trade secrets.
