Toyota Faces Class Suit Over Lexus Paint Problems

Law360, New York (February 25, 2011, 12:16 PM EST) -- A car owner slapped Toyota Motor Corp. with a class action in California on Wednesday, accusing the automaker of selling Lexus vehicles with shoddy paint and failing to offer consumers a fix for the problem.
