AT&T, Sprint, Others Sued Over Locator Patents

Law360 (February 28, 2011, 1:48 PM EST) -- A Colorado patent-holding company on Friday accused AT&T Inc., Sprint Nextel Corp. and other telecom giants of infringing two wireless locator patents.

TracBeam LLC filed the complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging the defendants locate subscribers on their wireless telecommunications networks using technology protected by a pair of recently issued patents.
