Calif. Site Owners Appeal Exxon Win In Enviro Suit

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 4:36 PM EST) -- Two California business owners accusing Exxon Mobil Corp. of violating the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act by failing to pay for hazardous waste cleanup at a former gas station are appealing a lower court's ruling in the oil company's favor.
