Photogs Seek Class In $10M Pearson Copyright Suit

Law360 (February 28, 2011, 4:11 PM EST) -- A professional photographer moved Friday to certify a class of hundreds of photographers in related suits in New York claiming textbook publisher Pearson Education Inc. breached licenses on the use of copyrighted images.

Photographer Norbert Wu requested class certification in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in a motion filed by Danial A. Nelson and Kevin P. McCulloch of Nelson & McCulloch LLP.
