High Court Won't Review Ban On NYC Hybrid Cab Rules

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 1:28 PM EST) -- New York on Monday lost its bid to have the U.S. Supreme Court review an injunction barring it from enforcing revised taxi lease rates designed to push fleet owners toward buying more fuel-efficient vehicles.
