GAO Offers Fixes For Regulatory Waste 'Mother Lode'

Law360 (March 1, 2011, 2:14 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Tuesday identified 34 areas of federal agencies most bogged down by duplicative, overlapping or fragmented goals, providing a road map to reduce regulatory red tape in critical food safety, energy, defense and other programs.
