Meter Techs Hit Wellington Power Unit With OT Suit

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 6:54 PM EST) -- Wellington Energy Inc., the company selected by Pacific Gas and Electric Co. to implement its $2.2 billion smart meter upgrade program in California, was sued Monday by a proposed class of meter technicians who claim they were shorted on overtime hours.
