Madoff Trustee Sues To Recover $2.1B From Tremont

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 9:05 PM EST) -- The trustee liquidating Bernard Madoff's investment company sued Tremont Group Holdings Inc. in a New York bankruptcy court on Monday, seeking to recover $2.1 billion from the company, which ran the second-largest group of feeder funds in Madoff's Ponzi scheme.
