Proskauer Rose Nets Securities Litigation Veteran

Law360, New York (April 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Proskauer Rose LLP has pulled in a former attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to expand the international firm’s securities litigation and financial services practices.

Ronald Wood has signed on with the firm’s Los Angeles office as senior counsel from litigation boutique The Wood Group, where he served as principle and dealt with securities litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.
