THL To Pay $145M To Settle Refco Claims

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 3:06 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs in a putative class action accusing a Refco Inc. unit of selling their assets without permission asked a federal court in New York on Wednesday to preliminarily approve a $145 million settlement with Thomas H. Lee Partners LP.
