Army Sgt. In Kickback Case Says DOJ Denied His Rights

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 8:04 PM EST) -- A former U.S. Army sergeant charged with taking kickbacks in connection to a military supply contract in Afghanistan said Thursday in a Hawaii federal court that he made statements to FBI and U.S. Department of Justice officials without being properly informed of his rights.
