US Clears BP In Atlantis Safety Probe

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 5:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. government said Friday that there were no serious safety problems at BP PLC's Atlantis facility in the Gulf of Mexico, finding no evidence to support allegations set forth in a False Claims Act suit brought in Texas by a former BP contractor.
