Jets Fan's 'Spygate' Suit Won't Go Before High Court

Law360 (March 7, 2011, 3:20 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday dashed the hopes of a New York Jets season ticket holder who asked it to review a decision dismissing his $61 million contract suit against the New England Patriots for allegedly videotaping in-game signals.
