Four Loko Maker Hit With Deceptive Marketing Action

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 7:57 PM EST) -- A proposed class action filed Friday in a California federal court accuses Phusion Projects LLC of deceptively marketing its Four Loko beverage by failing to warn of the particular dangers of drinking caffeinated beverages with high alcoholic content.
