Electronic Data Faces FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Technology services company Electronic Data Systems Corp. has failed to pay overtime wages due to its workers and is using the U.S. Department of Labor to “cloak” its illegal activities, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday.
