3rd Circ. Affirms Sentence In 9/11 Repair Fraud Case

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 7:56 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit ruled Tuesday that a lower court acted within its discretion when it refused to reduce the 41-month sentence of a woman who pled guilty to overbilling for repair work at the Pentagon after the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
